Through her eyes

Through her eyes

A Story by Kennedy

I sit at one end of that table looking at her wondering how her life is so different from mine so I take that chance and talk to her seeing for the first time she isnt the same she is worse. her pain over takes her at night when she lays in bed thinking about what was and what might have been. how she sees the world in the eyes of a lover tossed aside and left for dead. he threw her away like trash left from a party he once loved. and yet she still loves him even though she knows it will never be but her love for him still burns.

This is a good start Kennedy.
Now you can describe what her life looks, smells, and feels like.
Sounds like your character is having some really crappy times.
You have a good way of comparing things, which will continue to help you articulate your moods and associations.
