Sunday afternoon

Sunday afternoon

A Poem by Kennedy

I watch from afar while the sun is shining in your eyes setting the aglow...I watch as the wind makes your shirt wave like waves in the ocean. I smile to myself while my hair dances with the wind out in this open meadow where only happiness lives. no gloom or sarrow is here in this moment of sushine. I watch as the grass flows in the gentle breeze of this day. Sunday comes and goes but it is now I know how the sun truely shines.
