Delight

Delight

A Poem by Kennedy

As I lay in your arms tonight I take comfort in the sweet delight. You say your happy but I know it may not last wishing to comfort you I wont say good night, this one night I want you to have some happy delight. Your smile is tender it makes me weak but what gets me most is the torment I cause when with him...but if I can give one night of serinity to you it would make every day a delight.

We can't always get what we want, but we can cherish what we have and have had....
Nice poem, Kennedy.
