Here's my penny's worth: a conundrum with clues pointing to 'down the rabbit hole' I.e. entering on a journey which is strange, complex, etc. Contra the journalistic formula for 'a good story' answering the who, where, why, etc, the poet suggests a greater complexity can be found, as with 'a question loiters in the why'. A newspaper article answers questions, a poem can begin to ask them.
Easter tricks, do they cover up for beliefs only for something to lean on?
will we all rise from the dead someday...as the stone is moved---
perhaps it will roll uphill as all of our spirits rise towards the heavens.
Or perhaps maybe will always exist and we will never know the answer.

it can be an asset to analyze things but then there are instances where you can create a problem that never existed. It can drive one crazy or the party present. I like it Ken.
Run away, Jimmy Stewart! Run away!
What a great ode to a pair of my favorite films-Harvey and Monty Python and the Holy Grail. If you could have found mention of Young Frankenstein it would have been my personal trifecta.

I can see where the word WHY or WHAT would end up being a Pandora's box, or a you say, a rabbit hole....there are many answers to a question and it can become ridiculous... why do people ask so much, and then we run out of answers, or we think about them too much and end up going around in circles.
well written Ken.
Best, B
I watched a bunch of shows on the Keily Rodney case and got hooked on it. After a while of hearing different stories and going down those rabbit holes I got tired of it. I've stayed away from things dealing with conspiracies and social media ever sinse. Clickbait sucks.

I love Harvey. I don't care what anybody says, Harvey is real. Didn't you see Drop Dead Fred? that explains it all.
This kind of play is my favorite kind. Brain games played with words.
Your poem has us follow a whimsical trail of words down a rabbit hole LOL
Your eloquent loquaciousness has inspired me. Thank you for that. I am off to play with words

I am including it in a volume I am putting together for my dear wife, and sadly she is utterly clueless to the wits of python. they just didn't travel all that well to Singapore
It is anyone's guess anymore what is real and what is fake except we all, at least those of us who pay attention, know that the one real thing is Harvey. He's right over there, I can see him. : )
