Songs of a Wild Horse

Songs of a Wild Horse

A Poem by Ken e Bujold

Sing sad from

   days and nights

      hew love's tenacious

         chords to light

            the way ahead

              through storms

                  bitter routes better

                     left in the wake

                       of a rose petal.

                          Sing sweet songs

                             of a wild horse

                               running free

dearest Ken... "left in the wake of a Rose petal" reminds me of my Mother who was an Artist and China painted Roses and Violets on China, Born free to explore your talents... Wild Horses do run free.
We must once again find the Key to Freedom. Your Poem stirs my Emotions. Prayerfully, Pat

so happy you enjoyed the poem, and that it brought you happiness Pat
A wild horse running free. Wonderful visuals here. I hate anything trapped in cages. This speaks to me of freedom from an unhappy past. Yes, sing sweet songs the storms are over, the future bright. Delightful and uplifting Ken.

What a wonderful Christmas gift. Lucky Musica :)
That last line is quite lovely, and speaks to the aspirations of love. Our hopes for it to run free within our hearts and carry us along in its journey. Very nice work Ken. Thank you for sharing my friend.
