A Rainbow Over Jasper

A Rainbow Over Jasper

A Poem by Ken e Bujold

What force of nature, call it what you will,
etched this moment in time--
snow drifts off a mountain

saw-toothed peak, river of
virgin green speckled aqua blue
cascading as far as the eye can see,

a crown of light dispersion
arched into infinity...

the rain sensed, but never felt.

What awesome imagery you have given your readers Ken. Rainbows are a gift, we don't see many of them. They are a wonder. On the day our late Queen died a double rainbow was spied. Some incredible images captured on camera. From the heavy downfall of rain to sunlight and rainbows. One of the few lessons in physics, I delighted in. Good to read you.
