Chaos

Chaos

A Poem by KendallClausen

A room full
of memories
sits in despair.

Splayed with the
colors of his past.
Red,
yellow,
turquoise,
emerald.

He waits
for a day where
his cruel
somethings, will
mean nothing.

Lingering, he sits.
In hopes that
one day, the memories
will suffice.

This is beautiful, the words you use mesmerize my eyes. Your choice of words is perfect and referencing his memories to colors is a wonderful choice.
