Grief

Grief

A Poem by KendallClausen

Her wrists,
covered in a scarlet
web.

Laced
with the burdens
she carries.

As she sits,
her mind tangled
with grief

She falls,

to the floor.
In her scarlet
web, which pools
beneath her
cold body.
