One Sheep

One Sheep

A Poem by Kena
"

Another song by me.

"
Verse 1:
One sheep
Surrounded by wolves
That's what they call me

Not America's Angel
or Sweetheart or
Princess; nothing really

Bridge:
It's hard to complain
Even out in the rain,
Hardly as cold as their hearts

It's easier just to bite back
When my bite is way worse than their bark

Chorus:
Don't kick me around,
I'll always get up
I don't think you know
When enough's enough

Remember my name when you see me
Remember the sheep that survived your attack
Forget all the bad things you won't see again,
But forgive if you ever look back

Verse 2:
Don't give
Up on your dreams
That's what they tell me

Don't doubt yourself,
let go of wishes or
Hurt anybody

2 Bridge:
It's too hard to listen
To words so unheard
Even when they mean the best

So hard to try not to keep fighting
And then just forget all the rest

Kena
Another original song. I'm tired of being pushed around by all the wolves. Please do not use my song or my picture.

About
What can I say? I've gone from stories to songs. But I guess songs are stories, too. I love God and music, in that order. God has given me so much, it's overwhelming. I complain a lot, but I think.. more..
