HUMOR ME

HUMOR ME

A Poem by Kelsmiles

Humor Me

When my sense of humor is in place,
I can smile about most anything,
I can laugh at a funny face,
I can giggle, chuckle, snicker,
sometimes even snort.
I can laugh with you,
even when I don't have a clue,
I might play a prank,
sneak up on you and shout BOO!!
Laugh out loud as you rant!
I can take it on the run,
throwing chuckles over my shoulder,
as we childishly romp in the sun.
I can giggle like a child,
just play with a baby awhile,
Listen to a child squeal in delight,
is there anything that isn't more right!!
to tickle and tease, until they yell PLEASE!!
the most musical sound ever.
is the sound of a child's glee!

A breath of innocence in the pages of WritersCafe! Refreshing, childlike and unsophisticated. How nice to not have to grapple with intellectual conundrums for a change. More power to you, Kelsmiles.
David.
