IMAGINE THIS

IMAGINE THIS

A Poem by Kelsmiles

Photobucket Imagine if you please!
A girl, on a plane, laughing,
telling all within hearing
how she's going to meet
her online love.
Pestering everyone in sight!
Telling stories of how they met,
the memories they've made,
Laughing joyfully all the way!
So tired, but so excited she can't sleep!

Photobucket

Now imagine this!!
Getting off the plane,
her neck craning to see
Her body straining around,
people departing the plane,
all wishing her luck as they go by,
Her just looking, looking trying to see
around all the people milling around!
"Move, Move! I see him there!!"
She exclaims as she darts away.
Photobucket
Now how about this too!
A man hopping from foot to foot!
Craning to see around all the people
moving about!
She stops, just short of his arms,
They gaze into each others eyes
A silent communication is shared
When they finally move together,
they kiss, for the first time ever!
Can you imagine the joy in that embrace!?

Photobucket

Can you see it like that?
The crowd breaks out in a
rousing cheer!!
To see the love these two share!
They pull apart, but still holding on,
their heads together as they smile
all around at all those gazing on,
and joining hands, they turn, wave,
and walk out of the terminal,
Together at last, as they should be.
Photobucket
This is how I imagine it will be.
When I'm finally on that plane,
So ready to join my life with his
So ready for our first hug and kiss.
Soon I will fly.
I will go to him.
I long for that moment!
When we walk away hand in hand
For now though.
I can just Imagine...

It is my wish that it will be exactly as you've envisioned it. May happiness be yours in abundance. Sam
