REVEALING

Here I am again
sitting in the dark
alone again, wondering
where I went wrong.
How did I fail to see,
what was right in from
of me, or was it
ever there to view.
I needed to see his
beloved face in front of me,
I needed to see the love
and desire gazing out
at me..I needed...
But against all odds
It wasn't meant to be.
I was left to feel
vulnerable and exposed
my love revealed.
Bereft and discouraged
if only I was encouraged.
The light of love
to shine on me to be
tasted and reveled in
me.
