two halves of the circle, and two halves of the figure 8...infinitely bound to each other...with infinite trust...this is a perfect pattern you draw in words, for love...the real kind...
and yes, love will be tested, will have to play that game at times...but truth and honesty will make it win almost every time.
nicely done.

WOW! You really carry on here, including more & more ways to consider the "figure-8" & how it relates to infinity in relationship. I am too jaded about relationships to be carried away by your voyage of words . . . but I do know of a few solid relationships where it seems like this could be the way it is for them. My favorite idea is the one regarding how the figure-8 can represent 2 separate parts as well as being one integral part. I believe it's important to maintain some autonomy & balance, which your poem seems to convey, as well (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

The below lines are very true dear Kelly.
"Follow the pattern of
The sun
True love
Must
Be won."
I do believe, love need someone to excite the mind, the soul. A victory of the heart is where someone is your everything. Thank you for sharing the wonderful poetry.

Light shows the way-nature never wrong- we need to follow to learn- 🌹
True love in the shape of the infinite 8, great poem, it's imbedded in our D.N.A. we yearn for the missing half, we yearn to be made whole, every yin needs a yang

Yes all within balance- two halves making one- thankyou🌹
I love this poetic style. Someone else in a review beat me too it, but I love using the figure 8 as a unity symbol because it's two halves forming an eternity. This poem is beautifully crafted from beginning to end. The picture you chose is impeccable in comparison with your photo, so you definitely have a thing for "Finished and polished" poetry as I like to call it. The lines "The division of two souls as one" Really stuck out because while the phrases seem diametrically opposed to one another, they really do make perfect sense when it comes to the human heart....then again, the human heart doesn't make much sense does it? Anyways, I love this and am looking forward to reading more from you

n this series, we travel to the past and learn about historical mapmakers, from Claudius Ptolemy (who stated the idea that the Earth is at the center of the universe) to Gerardus Mercator (who created one of the most widely used map projections) and more. This series goes into tremendous detail on the cartographer's life and maps. We then journey to the present era to learn about map projections and the diverse types of maps used today. You might ask, "What is the difference between the two? They sound the same to me." No map projection is perfect, because you cannot really flatten a sphere into a rectangle. An uncolored projection could be used in many ways. We could use it for population concentration, highways, land elevation, and so many other things!click here
without doubt, you have captured something very important here.. the figure.. or number, or symbol we call eight, is actually quite compelling.. I often find myself tracing it with a finger unknowingly.. and no matter how hard one looks at it, it is impossible to determine where it begins and whether in fact it has an end..... the fact tho you have made so many associations with true love seems very plausible to me so I aint gonna argue.... Bless ya again KFG:).............. Neville
