Or
The binding-

It’s all

Finding

Teeth
Grinding

Letting
Go the
Grip-
Ending
That trip

Watching
That
Sailing ship-

Turning
Around
Seeing solid
Ground
That you’ve
Found-

Stop turning
Around and
Around-

Memories
All around

Release
The past
Take up a
New task-

Pushing through
That fast-

Remove
The mask-

Look inside
Your heart
That
Beating
Bleeding
Inner
Part-

It’s back
At the start
Where
You replace
The broken
Pieces
Fallen
Apart-

With

A pure
Loving

Heart

Never to be
Torn
Apart-

Turn that
Key

Let it be
The truth

yes, deep in our hearts, we have to accept and let go at the same time.
I think we worry ourselves into a frenzy...and then we just are chained to aggravation, anger, uncomfortableness....all of it can be alleviated by just taking a few more breaths...and letting go.
