Just to be
Like a tree-

Leaves fluttering
Free-

Flying

Sighing

In the breeze-

Oh the simplicity
Of the tree-

Forever grounded
Never bounded

Roots deep
Downward-

Spirit free

A lesson to be
Learnt
For you
And
Me .

I like the singular focus and the repeating "e" takes on the gleeful eeee of children, arms wide experiencing the downward plunge of the roll-a-coster from its steepest climb. Its the freeeee feeeeling of beeeing on theee eeedge of flight.

I like this idea; one I have written about myself in brief simplicity long ago.

For the tree is ever steadfast, immovable in the face of all the elements and endures as long as its roots sustain it. Something we all would like to be ourselves.
