‘Loves Lament’

Lord,
When I feel
Lost,
I remember
All that
It cost,
For you
To set
Us free,
To be
Redeemed,
Its not
As easy
As it
All seems.

The world
But a
Dream,
Deep rivers
And
Streams-
Turning
Within,
Acknowledging
Your sin-
The
Line is
Very thin-

The choices
We
Make,
Reality's
Quite fake-
Like
Hovering in
The middle
Of a lake,
Reflections
Showing
Directions-
Not always
Easy to take.

So,
In acceptance
To life-
There's a
Question?
A re-direction,
When we
Turn around
And find
Its freedom
We've found-
The day
Your head
Hung down,
On Calvary
You earnt
The crown-
And suffered
Deep down-

Its these
Memories,
We need to
Treasure,
Of being
Here with
You forever-
That brings
Peace,
And
Rest
For every
Earthly test...
