Self-confrontation. This was the first thought that entered my mind. Often, when faced with yourself all that's left is what's there. No matter how hard we try to flee and disassociate we can't ignore who we are. When peeling away the layers, we see the barest part of someone. That's what this poem reminded me of. Great read.

Nice. I have always felt this, that you can try to hide, but basically are stuck with yourself, thoughts, feelings and actions. So eventually we come to realise this and if we are lucky, we try to better ourselves and begin to like the person we cn all become. If not, it’s a long time relationship, so you better get used to putting up with yourself 
And if it is about someone who runs away from another, then the same applies, we reap what we sew, as religionists and bead rattlers seem so intent on reminding us 

I struggle with Anxiety and depression. It sucks sometimes but the cure that I've found is to write! It's the most joyful thing that I do. Just write! It will take away those pains and hardships. I would also like to say that you have real potential in your writing and I am Genuinely surprised how amazing your writing style is! It was fantastic and I just wanted to let you know that you could even one day be a published author/writer if you wanted to! Keep smiling, keep writing, and most importantly. be you! You have a talent and this is a talent that all people should see and read!
