The wheel
It spins

Where did
It all
Begin

Feelings

Folding

Holding

Controlling
Emotions wanting
To seep-

They weep
Out from
The deep

Frolicking
Feelings

Tunes and
Spirals
Reeling

Connecting to
That feeling

As if
You are
Dreaming

But no-

Don’t let it
Go-

Feel it in fullness
It’s no
Illusion

It’s time to
Feel
What’s real
No big
Deal-

Touch
It
Feel
It
Reveal
It
To
The
Deepest
Part
Of
Your
Heart-

This
Is what
Holds you
Apart
From
The truth
Within
Your heart-

Groaning
Moaning

Let the emotions
You feel
All control
Steal-

Touch
Feel
Experience

What’s real-

Yourself
