The torrents of time washes first the heart then the mind.

The wetness
And the cold
Of the rain,
Reflects the
Hearts of
Mankind-
Swimming
Around,
Trying to
Find solid
Ground-

The torrents
Of
The rain
Revealing,
It’s all
A game-
Played
Out in time-
Reflections
Of the
Mind-
What we
Learn?
It’s just
A matter
Of time.

nice natural rhythm in this free form ..easy to grasp the beat ..i like the "-" here and there ... its an effective tool placed just right says i! ... and i also like the theme .. layered in meaning ... from life in general to a particular person and circumstance .. glad i found this one Ms. Thoughts :)

Thoughts in Time,
Every day so many feelings, experiences and relational themes work their way in and through us to others and within us. This poem is a great illistration of textures within rain's power. I found myself imagining rain flowing in rivulets and or down my window. Life flowing in different ways. Beautiful opportunity to imagine.
