Love, as Uncliche as PossibleA Story by KellyAnnSimply what I want, as cliché as that may or may not be.
I want love. You don’t understand what I’m saying just by
those three words. I mean, you might, but it’s not likely. I don’t just want
someone to fall madly in love with me like those stupid romance movies. If that
happened, I’d probably cry forever that my life had turned into some sick
cliché. I want love. I want love to be witty and sarcastic. Someone
who can throw the same s**t back at me that I will throw at them. Someone that
can retaliate in less than three seconds. I want love to have outstanding taste in music. That goes for literature
and film too. Love has to have read
something either by George Orwell, or at least be familiar with William
Shakespeare’s works. If love likes
The Kooks and horror films, we will get along just fine. I want love to be kind to everyone; not just
the people he knows. Love must be
spontaneous. He must keep me on my toes at all times. Love must read my writing. He must take interest in my passions,
whether it is good or not. Most importantly, love must listen and be patient. He must not only accept me for who
I am, but accept the world for what it is and love it. I want love to see the beauty in everything,
including myself. I want love to make
my heart explode in a way those cliché romance movies can’t even fathom. I want
to find love.
