A Poem by Kellee
"

I wrote this poem several years ago in memory of my nephew. We lost him on March 29, 1996 at the age of three months to SIDS.

"
you were here so briefly
and then you were gone
away with the angels
to sing them a song

it doesn't seem fair
for them to take you away
you were ours
why couldn't you stay?

we wanted you forever
but that couldn't be
for reasons i'll never understand
they came and set you free

you're free to fly
with other angels now
free to sing your song
i hope to see you someday sweet angel
so i can sing along

sorry for your loss. I agree with your bio. Writing for me is a cleansing. Otherwise..these emotions would build up, and that's not good for anybody. Your poem...written with so much heart. The grief was present..but so was your conviction of faith. You know in your heart that he's in a good place, and he will be loved for eternity.
