Fading to Black

Fading to Black

A Poem by Kellee

Falling apart, right before my eyes
I wear a mask, though it's a thin disguise
I shelter myself, from the wind and the rain
Choosing not to share, my tears and my pain

No one understands, though they say they do
The heart wants what it wants, and mine wants you
Love to me is like breathing, I need it to live
Love is all I've wanted, it's what I had to give

Now, I'm fading to black...

Sometimes love seems like it's flowing along a one way street...your thoughts reflect that emotional ride of love...
