I can, but I don't

I can, but I don't

A Poem by KeiraOndrus
"

This is whatever you want it to be

"
I can see you,
but I have no eyes.
I talk to you,
yet, have no voice.
We reach out our hands,
they don't touch.
I know your warmth,
I can't feel it.
Separated by borders,
our souls connected.
I know who you are,
yet, I have no idea.

I think we all want for that someone...and feel that someone out there. I know a lot of people don't believe in their 'other half' so to speak, or something of that nature. I think some people feel it strongly because it is true for some souls. I don't know but your poem makes me ponder all of that stuff. very nice work

this is amazing. to me it shows a lack of emotional attachment to reality and a longing for feeling. its really deep and very well written.

Hmm. some of it reminds me of a long distance relationship while the other is a mystery. very well done! I loved it

This is a mysterious one, but interesting

I love the way you wrote this! :) Simple yet the emotion, the intangible presence, is strongly affecting :)
