Turning Tables

Turning Tables

A Poem by 𝔸ʂɾıéli໐ຖ Ş໐นl

Loud music playing in the background
Laughter and cheers fill the room as games get played
Red light constantly flickering on and off
Excitement and liquor fills the air
And in the corner is a couple dancing-
Strangers from different worlds
yet the slow music tied them together

She draws her hands around his neck
His hands slide down her waist
She turns around and draws closer to him
Moving her hips from side to side
He lowers his head to her neck
Their bodies seem to warm up the air
and he caresses her hands as she lifts them in the air...

He lowers his hands to her hips,
this time nudging her forward a little
He moves forward while holding her hand, escorting her upstairs
They enter a dark room-
the red light still blinking from the bottom of the door as they shut it
Instantly he leans her against the wall
Head slightly tilted with his lips pressed against hers
Her hands gently on his neck while his, on her sides

He slides up her shirt
Lips still locked, she draws his hands away from her chest
He ignores her gesture and proceeds to reach for her bra
She tries to pull away from the kiss concerned now
However he traps her head between his and the wall
She seems to panic and tries to push him off
Instead he becomes more aggressive
She tries to talk but he presses his right hand on her neck
Proceeding to unbuckle her belt strangely with ease

Hand still around her neck
He pulls her towards the bed that's barely lit
He begins to unbutton her jeans
"Oh don't worry Love, you definitely going to enjoy this" he whispers in her ear
His hand still pressed against her neck he pulls his pants off
He places his hand between her legs but confusion staggers him

He looks down and his eyes begin to widen
"Wait, what the fu..."
Distracted, he does not notice her swing for his temple
He falls to his side on the bed unconscious
And s(he) jumps onto her feet

While still unconscious, s(he) pulls his pants off entirely & positions him on his stomach
S(he) then leans on his back and whispers
"Not what you were expecting? Oh don't worry Love, you definitely going to enjoy this"
