Who am I

Who am I

A Poem by Alexzan Marie

Who am I?
This shell of a human being.
Wrapped in black.
Who am I?
Writing s**t-for-poetry,
While I cry in my bed for no f*****g reason.
Who am I?
Blood red nails,
Blood dripping from my hands,
Razor blades beside me.
Who am I?
Not beautiful, not talented,
Nothing anyone expected me to be,
Who am I?
I think I hate me...

Then you are looking in the wrong mirror. Find another view of yourself to look into. Great piece with the writing, but I am not a fan of suicide type poetry. I've had two close friends kill themselves. It is selfish and not pretty for those left behind. Look past the pain at the goodness that there is out there and of what may be. Godspeed and God bless.
