The Silence of the NightA Poem by Keeleywe all know what I mean by thisI curse the silence of the night. In the still of the night, right before I go into dreamland, all kinds of thoughts run through my head. The events of the day, things to come, and things that have been. And when I think of all the people that I need to talk to, I want to scream right then and there. Because I know that this half of the hemisphere is asleep, or it should be. All kinds of thoughts run through my head, right before I go into dreamland, in the still of the night. I curse the silence of the night.
