Monster

Monster

A Chapter by KeeD

Flashing memories of childhood nights
Monster, I hear you wait outside
Patiently you breathe against my door
Night after night you always come back for more

Your intention carried through the wind
I feel your evil intent brush against my skin
Monster, why victimize your kin
You slowly take your first steps in

Scattered bruised and flung across the room
My screams and pleas grow thin
Wrists shackled by the grip till the violence turns to silence
Monster, does the guilt hold deep within

Monster, do you wish I died
Your deep dark dreams you can't hide
The idea of my trembling thighs
Reflects in your hollow eyes

Monster, Monster, Monster
every night since then I've cried
