Leave a Mark

Leave a Mark

A Chapter by KeeD

Concealed were the days that I felt free
The cold around no longer comforts me
I seek a way to quench my curiosity
A monstrous storm's always stopping me

When you dig your boots into the snow
You tend to feel like letting go
My world rotates and I've fallen down
The sky now is unfamiliar ground

What's blocking me from reaching out
A transparent prison I can't get out
I see you look at me through the glass
I'm still trapped but I feel free at last
