Dahlia

Dahlia

A Poem by KeeD

Dahlia you bloom

Your calyx holds your horizon

Petals create ripples of visualization

A twilight haze of colorful insanity

Sensual curves of artistry

Fragrant bliss in the breeze

Pillowed into the earth

A life lived aesthetically

Dahlia a skyline of your sisters await

My ending, my fate

I have been

Destroyed by your beauty

and i very much see a woman here...of such beauty, of such promise...
and i think in ways it is beautiful destruction...to have those sensual curves drive us insane.
