MonsterA Poem by KeeD
Flashing memories of childhood nights
Monster, do you recollect me patiently you wait outside the door night after night you always come back for more Your intention carried through the wind I feel your evil intent brush against my skin Monster, why victimize me You slowly take your first steps in Scattered bruised and flung across the room my screams and please grow weary and thin wrists shackled by the grip till the violence turns to silence Monster, does the guilt hold deep within Monster, do you wish I died Your deep dark dreams manifest into reality as the reflection of my scared eternity reflects in your hollow eyes Monster, Monster, Monster every night I cry © 2014 KeeDAuthor's NoteReviews
