Introduction : "Hey there i'm Adam, 23 and i'm an online gamer. Gaming has been a major part of my life for about 13 years now. I met my best friends Carl and Jerome through online gaming and we've even graduated from the same college. We plan to go professional and further are gaming careers, so what better way to start a team then to move in together. This is our story, this is how we formed The Riot House"

After days of searching and going through almost half a dozen different real estate agents Adam, Carl and Jerome finally find a sweet a*s apartment in West LA. A day of moving stuff to the new pad, excited about their new living situation they get settled in. Tired they kick of their shoes and cheers each other with a couple of cold brew.

Three guys in their early 20's hitting conquests not only as best mates but now as roomies. This is where their journey begins. Laptops come out, "it's time to game boys" says Adam, as they log into league of legends, only one of the most popular (MOBA) Multiplayer online battle arena games of the year.

" I'm going to show you guys how this is done. Tonight, yes tonight we dine in the enemies base." Carl says with a retarded grin on his face.

"Oh No he didn't, did this fool just say that?", exclaims Jerome shaking his head in disappointment.

Adam can't stop chuckling at his airhead friends and their stupidity.

(Ting-Ting-Ting) The doorbell rings.

"OH MY GOD, will somebody get that already?" Carl cries out... "I just died in the game because of that massive distraction. We got to change that doorbell it sounds like bees raping my ears"

"Maybe if you cleaned the wax out of your ears 'honey' the bee's would mind their own buzzness"..Adam laughingly said.

Adam opens the door and to his surprise it's his grandma who lives in West LA. Adam's mother is a worry wart and so she sent her mother to check up on the boys, see if they're settled in and comfortable with the new place.

"Hey Grandma, what brings you here?"asks Adam still surprised to see her at his front door.

"Hey honey-bunch, I'm here to help you get settled in. I'm so glad you moved to California." she replies with glee.

"Come in, come in, guys this is my grams." introducing her to his best friends.

The guys quickly tidy up the place to make a good impression.

Jerome clears his throat nervously,"Cough..Cough Hey Adams grandma, you look like really beautiful. Are you sure Adam is your grandson?

Adam with an annoyed look on his face.. "Really Jerome, Really?"

Grandma can't stop smiling....you could tell by her voice she was flattered.  "Hey.. So honey-bunch I bought you some soap and stuff for the house. Let me set this stuff up and get lunch prepared."

Carl jumps up out of his seat with joy.."Whoa Lunch ! cool we totally forgot about that!" as all three of the boys start to laugh.

After finishing their meal they're all back on the couch sitting with their laptops ready to game again.

When Adam says ..."You know guys we've been playing this game for a while now and we're ready to go professional let's set up our team. California is the place to be, we can find two others to complete our squad and kick some a*s at the E-Sport playoffs this yer."

Carl quickly replies.." I'm in. Are they going to be hot chicks at the playoffs?"

"Adam we're good but we need a lot of practice and plus where are we going to find these other two members?..Jerome explained and questioned.

Carl humming 'Katy Perry - alien' in the background, oblivious to the conversation.

So the boys continue with their game.

"Lets queue for a ranked game" says Jerome.

Grandma intrigued by their conversation earlier asks, "Whats a ranked game?"

The three boys take turns interrupting each other to explain it to the lady.

Carl pulls of a really special strategical move in the game in which causes his team to win.

High-fives go around as the boys laugh and celebrate.

"What's all the high-fives for, you guys aren't watching that internet porn are you?"

"Grandma!!!!".. screams Adam.

Jerome clears his doubts by explaining it to her in his own way "Ha Hah naww Adams gram gram this be one of the best games made, this game is tight!"

She nods "tight you say" even more curious she asks them "Okay then, teach me how to play!"

Carl,"yea right ! haha"

Jerome nudges Carl, "Hey its Adams grandma don't be rude fool"

Adam being the polite kid he is gave her a smile and said, "Sure grams all you got to do is .. and 15 minutes later, they queue together for a game"

Through some strange events, stars aligning, godly powers, something...not normal.. Adam's grandma had suddenly got really good at the game. Guess gaming runs in the family.

"Did I just kill three of them?" the old lady shouts out the top of her lungs"

The game announcers shouts out, "TRR TRRRR TRIPLE KILL!"

Carl tucks his head down in between his knee's, "Guys, this is embarrassing. Adams grandma is playing better than us."

Suddenly it strikes Jerome.."Adam, are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"But she's my grandma, she's old and stuff" says Adam.

"Do we want to go to the playoffs or not?" Jerome pushes the question.

Meanwhile Carl suddenly butt's in  and says "I think we found our fourth player guys, I just spoke to  grandma and she totally wants to be on our team."

Both Adam and Jerome yell out together, "Carl you did what now, she said what!"

All of them have a good laugh and so it's settled grandma's the fourth player on the team.

"Guys we're still missing the fifth player but anyways we need to set rules, a schedule. We need to start acting professional and disciplined if we want to get anywhere in competitive gaming" Adam confesses.

As Adam lays out the rules and schedule on a white board, the boys explain more about the game to grandma and she's like one of the guys they feel so comfortable around her.

"Okay it's done. So the first rule of the Riot House is you don't talk about the riot house."

Grandma smacks Adam in the head. "Stop quoting fight club ya dunce"

Carl, "hahaha grandma adopt me"

"Okay, gosh, so the first rule is we need an Asian member on our team. Look at the statistics of all the other successful professional teams. They all have at least one Asian member. If we want to win, we need an Asian."

Pondering to themselves they come to the conclusion that Adam is right, Asians have always excelled in whatever they set out to do.

So the search begins as the group heads to the mall to search for their fifth gamer.

Carl almost out of breath yells, "Look Adam, Adam! I found one." (outside the Abercrombie and Fitch store)

Jerome sighs, "Oh great you found a model out of all the people here in the mall"

"Hey man have you heard of the game, league of legends?" Adam asks in a friendly tone.

Asian model, "Yea sure."

"WOOHOOO"! Carl starts celebrating..

Jerome asks the model, "Hey wait up do you play it?

Asian mode completely confused replies, "No...?"

Jerome complete frustrated, "Yo why you wasting our time then"

Grandma still checking out his rocking body doesn't even realize that the conversation with him is over.

"Sigh ...Gamers!".. as the Asian model walks away.

So after a long search in the mall asking multiple people they come home without their fifth.

All sad and depressed about their failure to find the last member of their team they chill at home and get ready to eat their dinner.

All of a sudden their neighbor walks by, a gorgeous Korean lady with a 12 year old kid.

She knocks the door,"Hi there I live across you guys, this is Yung my 12 year old son, I'm Lin"

Yung runs straight to the laptop. "Hey, hey Yung, don't just go using their computer, come back here" with a stern voice says Lin.

"Hey sweetheart would you and Yung like to join us for dinner?" ask Grandma being the sweetheart that she is.

Lin takes them up on the offer to get to know her new neighbors better.

Adam shy as ever around female company barely talks, just about manages to get a "h..h... hi." out.

Jerome being the confident young man that he is lays his charm out on the table, "Sup Ma"

Carl a 23 year old child himself is to preoccupied with Yung to even notice how attractive Lin is. "Hey Yung, I have the same t-shirt, want to see?"

Yung still fiddling with the laptop express his joy, "Oh my God, League of Legends, you guys play too?"

" Wait you know about league of legends?" Adam asks, completely surprised.

"Yeah I play it all the time, whenever my mother lets me" replies the kid.

"Are you any good kid?" all three of the boys ask with one voice..

Yung logs into his own account in the game and shows them his top rated ranking and he's apparently this prodigy professional gamer.

The look on the boys faces when they see his ranking.. priceless!

"Yung would you like to join our league of legends team?" asks Adam.

"I'll have to ask my mother".. Adam interrupts "We'll convince your mother for you" as the child nods and smiles.

High-five's going out everywhere. They carry Yung up on their shoulders as they celebrate.

And that's how they found their fifth member.

(Next time on the riot house, we'll see how the team tries to find a sponsor and faces up against a local West LA clan. Can this awkward bunch of gamer's trying to hit the professional e-sports scene work out? Stay tuned to find out.)
