How could someone do all that to you?
The abuse; emotionally, verbally and physically.
How could anyone do that to you?
The lies, the heartaches and pain.
I watch you walk around acting like the sun.
Not at all mindful of the things you've said and done.
I sit and I think about the person you've become.
What happened?
Where did it all go wrong?
As I question myself I answer straightway the lack of care that I now portray.
I can really sense the end is near.
Deliverance from this house of bondage.
Protection from your Carnage.
It broke my heart to watch you go backwards.
But as I grown into myself I realized it couldn't have been easy for you.
Watching me blossom into this strong, beautiful, resiliant woman that you knew within yourself you didn't deserve couldn't have been easy but boohoo.
After All the heartache, hurt and pain I am the one who outgrew you.
I'm untouchable, faith so strong I could move mountains.
After All is said and done before I go, could I ask you a question sir?
