Sleeping Demons All On Its OwnA Poem by I've Killed LionsWords unspoken better of unsaid, Wounds dug deep should be left alone, Mosters awoken go back to bed, Leave the scab and let it heal on its own
Days go by and nothing changes, The sun rises on angry faces, The moon sets and words leave lips, Claws dig into fleash and soul, All these things better left alone
Is this how it's suppose to be? Friends stabbing friends, Enimies leaving kisses, What have we all come to? Is this the end?
Some wounds might never heal, Some leave permanate scars, Some wounds end up with a kill, Some take time and only leave in part, With these wounds I'll never know. © 2010 I've Killed LionsReviews
