Dancing with you

Dancing with you

A Poem by Kevin Doran
"

A poem I wrote all loved up.

"

If you could see what I see,

How to me you seem,

I believe the world would change for you,

You’re dancing in my dream.

I see a world that’s different now,

From the one they see so plain,

I see a world where Love rules high,

And eases all our pain.

The skies have never seemed so blue,

Though for them the rain falls down,

The grass is always green for us.

My world is brighter now.

And it’s because you danced in to my life,

You filled my world with song,

You overwhelmed me with your love,

You showed me I was wrong.

That not all good things come and pass,

That not all love is pain,

That sometimes your skies can be blue,

When for everyone else there’s rain.
