You touched me when no one else would. You loved me like no one else ever has. I scribble your name into the pillows and blankets that comfort me in hope that you'll appear. Snakes, spiders, Sharks, the dark... The fear they ignite is nothing compared to my life without you. Whirlwinds in my head and volcanoes erupting and engulfing my soul in fire. All the hatred for the world turns to love when I'm with you. The rain turns into the perfect place to kiss. The heat is simple excuse to share an ice cream with you. The snow is just another reason to hold you and feel the heat you bring. I feel at peace knowing that you'll pick my broken pieces off the floor and put them back together. Each problem I face I take head on knowing that if I hit the floor in pain and misery you'll be there to comfort me. I thank the heartache when we distance ourselves because its a reminder of how hard life would be without you. I take each second away as a chance to gather my thoughts and attempt to gain your love once again. God is always challenging us, to test, to help us grow. Each argument and doubt we feel is to nudge us in the right direction. People fight, divorce, and breakup each day because of things left unsaid.. Because they lose trust and feeling. If you look for the bad you will surely find it. This also is true if you look for the good. Our relationship has been tested and will continue to be tested each day. Each day we argue is one less day we spend being happy with what he have. We have life. We have happiness. We have opportunities to do what so many others never have. Each day is a blessing. My mind is in shambles but my heart is true. "I hoped someone would find me, then i found you" I don't believe in coincidence but I do believe in consequence. I've made mistakes and have done things I'm not proud of but one thing, the one thing I know I can be happy about it you. I got to spend so much time to learn and grow with you. If I die tonight know that you are my angel. Know that my feelings are as strong today and on our worst days as they were on our best days. I love you. I don't promise much. Making that commitment is hard and everyone knows that promises can be broken. People can be replaced.. But I do promise you this, you always have and always will be loved by me. I promise that no one will ever hold the spot in my heart that you do. I promise that your happiness will always be put before mine. And I promise that you are the woman I'm meant to love.
