Darkness Falls

In twilight, I wait for you to come.
My soulmate. My savior. My love.
Waiting for your luscious lips
To give me thy Precious Gift.

I cannot move from where I lay,
But neither fear nor dread is containing me,
For I am anxiously awaiting your call.
Rising to reach the end of all.

I can already smell you in the air.
Your voice flies over with the mist.
The wind dances with the velvet drapes.
Forbidden things are being whispered in my ears.

The things I can only know with you.
My friends and my foes
are all confused.
But your presence is something I can’t refuse.

Now, I see your face.
Words alone cannot describe
the beauty present before my eyes.
Can this be real or am I mad?

The Dark Gift is what I seek.
Only you could make me feel like this.
For you I have chosen this fate.
In eternal darkness I will lay.

Your body presses against mine.
Your lips caress my lips.
Your kiss is everything I want
Masculine, feminine, and all divine things combined.

I do not breathe anymore.
I feel pain no more.
This is how I feel
the moment my darkness falls.

The story was very good. I like the pace and the emotion. The woman hunger and desire to join the eternal darkness was strong and unstoppable. A well written story filled with desire to be lost in the Darkness falls. A outstanding poem. Thank you.
