Missing Pieces

Basically a poem about having an emotional attachment to someone.

This can't be seen from the outside,
But it feels like my heart is weak on the inside.
Not necessarily shattered,
But it's definitely missing pieces.
I don't know how to explain it,
All I know is I've lost my strength in my heart and one day I hope to regain it.
Making me feel weak, somewhat tired of dealing with this,
Hopefully soon you'll come back and fill in the missing pieces.

See this is so sad, that is emotionally attached to someone who makes you and then breaks you, and shatters you, to bits and leaves you. To pick up the pieces alone. Devastated and an emotional wreck. Abusing you and taking all out on you. To make themselves feel better in the long run. And when you eventually manage to get rid of them. It hard for you to become whole again. And a full person on your own. As you where so used to be indoctrinated by them. Playing mind games over you.
