Larry

Larry

A Poem by DarkStar
"

Happy as Larry

"
Emotions changes, as winds or tides,
Keeping us in captivity.
We fail to notice our freedom to feel,
As we are wrapped in its fragility.

So Larry sits, as Larry does.
Happy and content.
Till tidal sweeps or rushing winds,
Take without consent.

The world he built,
Like you and I.
To try and stave,
The bad wolfs cry.

Lost in weather, To ride the storm,
In hope he will survive.
One day Larry will return,
 With happiness revived.

DarkStar
Kinda thought of this, or a similar poem while writing the last poem I published. But as I lost than one, I wrote this instead, my ideas disappear as quickly as I think of them sometimes. Thanks as always for reading :)
