It's not my fault

You promised me, It's not my fault,

You swear it till you blue.

But as much as I love you dearly, 

I do not believe you. 

Deep inside, I want to trust,

It would of happened any-way.

But the way she said it was my fault, 

I was easy to believe what she'd say. 

I'm you elder, so I should protect you,

And I failed, at that.

I caused the problems, that plague you now,

In my head, that is a fact. 

And for the situations I did create, 

Even if I did not. 

I am sorry till the day I die, 

My words are all I've got.
