![]() missing: youA Poem by Kayit’s not quite a knot in my stomach; the condition is much larger, a trembling black planet twisting at its core, dizzying itself senselessly. sometimes it extends two strong hands upwards onto my unsuspecting heart, and yanks at the arteries roughly. it does this when i’m unoccupied, making a bedroom for time, an open window for thought, to just stop and miss you. the cure cannot exist for this category of illness; i will simply bury myself in empty activity, constantly moving, immensely busy, busy as a buried bee. if only anything would end the tears. © 2018 KayReviews
