Perfection is an addiction
A common misconception
Your greatest obsession
To be the center of attention
I wanna know who told you the lie
That you're only pleasing to the eye
If your breasts exceed that shirt
As if that's your only worth
Don't worry that you're not her
Be proud of what's in the mirror
You just might be surprised
Once you stop fussing and realize
It never even mattered
Between you and then, who's badder?
What matters is in your heart
That made you perfect from the start

Contentment = Perfection. If we are seeking perfection we can never be content. If we only see imperfections in our self, we will only see imperfections in others.

Perfection as a journey can be useful for growth, but reaching its destination is of no use. To be able to play a song perfectly is a thing of beauty; but it just means its time to learn a new song. To play imperfectly just means we have more time to enjoy improving.
