Temporary feelings

Sometimes we are out of control and think much unnecessary because of temporary feelings

Trying to hold myself every time
But I cry heart out when I think about them
thoughts surrounding my mind
I know all these feelings are temporary

I have to listen
Answer with smile but heavy heart

Now I realise to change myself,my thoughts
have to stand by own
Pay attention to good people around you
Sit calmly and let these feelings go
