Cardial means relating to the heart. Equilibrum means a state of balance. So cardial equilibrum means a balance of the heart.

My heart is mine
Its always been mine
I gave it out, yeah
But it's mine now
I cannot rip it in two
It would not be fair

But it was Shakespeare, wasn't it?

A heart should never leave its place
Should never be broken or tampered with
