Railroad

Railroad

A Poem by Katy Stash

Railroad
The sound of an old train
Flashing lights
Moving clouds
Wind is blowing up her hair
And she's still waiting for you
Railroad
The sound of an old train
Pale face,red lips
Stuckin' in her daydream
Lookin' like she's eighteen
But lately she've changed the track
She won't turn back
She've left her past behind
She already made up her mind
Trying to forget her chilhood
She eats ice-cream
Trying to put herself in a good mood
Maybe she said things that she didn't mean
Railroad
The sound of an old train
Flashing lights
Moving clouds
Wind is blowing up her hair
And she's still waiting for you
