That she's a drama queen

A simple girl with chaotic thoughts

Scraps of paper on her desk

Her heart on her sleeve

Feelings that she should suppress

But she can't help but believe

Sometimes she speaks her mind

Sometimes she barely mumbles

Even when she's cracking

She'll never completely crumble

Her heart could ache

Her heart could break

You could tear her into pieces

But she'll tell her story

Weave her tale

Along the cuts and creases

Sad laughter or happy tears

She'll balance out the feelings

 In quick glances or many years

She'll interpret hidden meanings

She's the girl you wish you were

Or the one you wish you had

Now let's look from a different angle

What if her life was bad?

What if her smile was fake?

A mask to hide her crying

She's too quick to trust

And everyone she knows is lying

She's lost in her own world

Clouded by insecurity

She's just another girl

Struggling to feel worthy

She loses her mind

Drifts away from sanity

In her corner she hides

Telling lies of vanity

Mirror, mirror on the wall

Reflecting only the book's cover

She's the fairest of them all

But she feels like any other

Her life is like a blank page

She just needs to grab a pen

She reached the end of her maze

She started to live again

Sometimes she shines bright

Sometimes she barely glows

She goes by many different names

I call her 

'Every girl I know'

This piece is quite impressive, I love how you described the Pseudo "Normal" girls here. The prissy little twits who try to conforms to pop cultures Status quo. It also seems an indicator you kinda Regret not being like them. Well if thats the case let me tell you, Don't worry about it, most of them are just superficial B-words who dont have a spark of intelligence in them enough to start a match aflame. In fact I find personally, girls more attractive and more desirable who can use their talents as God gave them and not just "Blend in" with normalcy.
