I miss you.

I miss you.

A Poem by Katub
"

To Pretty Boy x

"
You want me to admit it? Okay, I miss you.
There. I said it. I hope your happy.
It was the simple things that made me love you, you know?
The way you'd run your fingers through my hair,
How you would spin me round, and hold my hand.
Yes, the simple things.
I sometimes wonder, if you miss me?
I don't see why you should, but it still catches in my mind.
From time to time, I mention a memory of you, I know I shouldn't.
People say I'm holding onto a broken dream.
I'm not, I'm holding onto a happy memory.

ah, this is beautiful... this is that captured idea that most of us grasp at. and there's nothing wrong with those broken dreams, photos of the past, or happy memories, as long as we continue to dwell on the present.

I like this. Not a sad poem at all. You bring it 'round to a happy end, giving the reader a satisfied feeling of warmth.
Excellent!
