my last breath

my last breath

A Poem by Katt Knipp
"

simply read it

"

when my life comes to and end. will you be there for in the end

to watch me slip away, praying to your god to take my pain away.

when i breath my last breath and shed my last tear. will you be near yo hear my last words breathed in hushed tones

when my time comes i know ill be alone every promise ever uttered shattered and gone unheard.

when look upon my head stone facing the truth of what used to be. were you my lover? my first love? were you my best friend? were you my family chosen or by blood?

when you face the truth who i was who i could have been who i wanted to be.... would you see your sister, a fighter, a survivor, a creator , someone loyal or someone faithless.

when you cry out to me as used to for that one person who listened no matter what. will you be feeling my lose.....will there be an empty space where i used to be ? will i be missed?

when I'm alone as i have always felt will you visit that cold head stone remind me who i was tell me of the things I've missed talk to me as i once was.

no.... i will be alone lost to the winds a memory that will fade in everyone's mind. my mark on the world small shallow not but skin deep. people will. move one tears wont be shed. i will simply be dead filed away and forgotten
