Quiet Stranger (10/3/09)

A Poem by Katseye

Quiet stranger.
Shy boy.
Haunted eyes,
And an angel's smile.
See you daily for a time,
Bridging the distance between,
Two wounded souls.
So I thought to make you mine.

Then you vanished,
From my world.
Gone so long,
Till your memory is-
More a dream.
Distant and fading.
Wondering were you-
Ever really here at all?

This is a beautiful poem.

In describing and discussing another
you tell so much about yourself--- and
it is a beautiful picture.

Thank you ,

nice work...that moment of time when one is seeking to be with another only to lose that chance...
