Dark Angel  (8/30/09)

Dark Angel (8/30/09)

A Poem by Katseye

Dark Angel

Angel of the Night,
Guide me with;
Thy gentle might.

Your glory,
Cloaked in sin.
Though walking away;
The gratest sin,
There ever could have been.

Though devils,
May walk among us;
So too war's angels,
Defend us.

Don't let them,
Fool you.
Don't let them,
Clip your wings.

A sheep;
In wolf's skin...
You're an angel,
Who seems;
To do the devils bidding.

Yet someone must stand,
Where so many have fallen.
How many now,
Will even try?

It takes an angel's strength,
To face a demon host.
An angel's grace,
To dance with the devil,
And laugh at his spite,
His supposed might.
