No Words Compare


No words can compare,
To what I feel,
When you are near.
Noone's found a word to mean,
Juse what it is I feel for you.

It is so much more than mear like.
Even love doesn't cover it.
No, not even love can say it right.

Happiness is nowhere near being right,
Joy?... No.
Not even ecstasy,
Can describe my emotions correctly.

How can there be a word to say it,
When meanings change so easily?
Man has never known this feeling,
So how can he have made the word to say it?

Love, Joy, Ecstasy;
None compare to you and me.
So now you know,
Why I hesitate so,
When you ask me if I love you.

I don't answer right off,
Because the words just don't exist,
To say how much I care for you.

For now I guess,
I'll just say,
"I love you.",
Ever though I know,
It just isn't true.
For no words compare,
To how much I care for you.
